We want you to feel confident when ordering from HonorPaw. Each piece is handmade and personalized with care.

Custom Orders
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective personalized products.
Please double-check your order details (photos, spelling, and shipping address) before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our side, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or suitable solution.

Please include:
Order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins (within 24 hours of purchase recommended).
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized items (if applicable), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
