We make it simple by basing the size on your pet’s healthy weight.
Small Urn: Suitable for pets up to 33 lbs (15 kg).
Medium Urn: Suitable for pets up to 55 lbs (25 kg). If your pet’s weight is very close to the maximum limit, we always recommend sizing up just to be safe and give you peace of mind.
You can easily upload a clear front photo of your pet directly when placing your order. (If your pet has unique markings on their back or sides, you can email us additional photos afterward). Our artisans will meticulously hand-paint the ceramic base using your photos. Before the final kiln firing, we will send you a photo of the artwork for your approval. We offer one free revision to ensure the details are just right.
Because each memorial is entirely hand-painted and requires a delicate, high-temperature firing process to ensure lasting quality, the crafting process takes about 2 weeks. Once your unique piece is completed and strictly inspected, we will carefully package it in a drop-tested box and ship it to you securely.
